It’s as simple as it sounds. You take the left over coffee grounds from your morning batch with you into the shower. The natural oils from the coffee will make your skin silky smooth, not to mention the energizing scent that will stay with you through out the day. There are several variations to scrub; one includes coconut oil & cinnamon, while I’ve seen other recipes for coffee grounds mixed with sugar. Both sound lovely to me, but I prefer straight grounds.
